Course Characteristics:

  • The meditation course starts on the 1st day of the month, at 17:10 CEST. Please check your time zone. 

  • You will receive an email with the Zoom link for the class.

  • The program consists of 8 weekly online sessions of 60 minutes approx.

  • The sessions are practical and cover a broad range of topics:​

      - Definition, lay of the land, benefits, posture

      - Practices: PIMBA, body scan, simple awareness

      - Q&A​

      Week 2

      - Review of last week

      - Practices: breath, STOP, pleasant experiences

      - Q&A

      Week 3

      - Review of last week

      - Practices: qigong, walking, everyday tasks

      - Q&A

      Week 4

      - Review of last week​

      - Practices: rest, fundamental consciousness, positivity

      - Q&A and Closure

  • Some practices are guided by the instructor. Other practices are based on video or audio.

  • All the sessions will be recorded, in case you cannot participate live, and sent to your inbox on Mondays.
