Lay down and completely let go. You're effortlessly aware of relaxation in the body, silence in the environment, no disturbing interpersonal interactions...
Visualize yourself being always relaxed and calm, interacting with others from this balanced place.
Bring up to mind someone that makes you feel happy, inspired, calm, etc. and let this help you to develop those qualities yourself.
