The fly



A "fly" can be a negative image and/or a negative thought that is present in your mind or appears as a response to neutral stimuli (e.g., you hear two people talking in the distance and the mind responds with negative thoughts about you, as if they were criticizing you).


In the video, the samurai learns to avoid fighting against the "flies", and as a consequence they disappear and well-being is experienced.
