Daily Practice

We have been offering brief meditation sessions (30 minutes), five days per week (Monday to Friday, 7:30pm to 8:00pm CET). They were silent meditation sessions (i.e., sessions without guidance), where individuals might join us through Zoom by clicking here. 

No sessions are being offered at the moment.


Online retreats based on MBSR, UM, or my own techniques are not being offered at the moment.   ​
